• Alachua County has raised the age from 18 to 21 to legally buy tobacco products from places such as gas stations and smoke shops. Also there is a rule coming into effect that a store cannot sell tobacco products within 1,000 feet from a school. This article also discusses some states who have made this change too or are becoming ready to. As well, this article addresses the problem of underage kids vaping and possibly raising the age to buy e-cigarette products to 21.
• The problem is the raising of the age of buying tobacco from 18 to 21.
